Last post of the year and decade

Birthday greetings, bottle of wine
Today’s my birthday! I had a pretty good one! I had pizza with the family for dinner tonight. My brother gave me two new additions to the Blu-Ray collection: Land of the Dead and Hellboy! Awesome! I’ve spent the day chilling at home, literally and figuratively. It’s 11 degrees as I’m typing this. Thank God for heating!

We had out first major snowstorm of the year last night. Woke up today to find a huge blanket of snow covering everything. Really helps put me in the Christmas mood! 80's Misdemeanor
Just listened to UFO’s 1985 album Misdemeanor for the first time. Wow, did they suffer from a bad case of the 80’s on that one or what? The music sounds really processed and synthesizers dominate the songs, watering down the hard rock sound the band was known for.
